Nature Water
The Grasshoppers explored a nature water tray were they had the opportunity to explore water play filled with different sized containers, cups, spoons, tea pots, pine cones and leaves. The children were deeply engaged in the free play activity as they used scoops and spoons to carefully fill containers and cups avoiding spill and practicing steady hands. The children tipped and poured water from one container to another exploring mathematical concepts such as full, empty, in and out.
