This week the Ponies have been making their own homemade lemonade! They cut up and juiced the lemons, using their fine motor skills. They then made simple syrup to mix with the lemon juice to make the lemonade sweet, making sure the manage risk while cooking and considering how much of the ingredients we might need. After this they poured their lemonade at the lemonade stand and tried it! It was a little bit sour!
