Today the Ponies have been exploring risky play, using different methods of cutting to free the tied up dinosaurs! They experimented with using a blunt knife, tweezers, pliers and scissors to cut the string. They decided that the blunt knife wasn’t very good, and it needed to be sharper. They decided the same with the pliers and tweezers. And they found the scissors worked the best!

They were very proud of themselves when they freed the dinosaurs, did great listening during the risky play and followed instructions so that we could all stay safe with sharp objects, and even helped tidy up the string at the end! Well done Ponies!
