Today the Ponies drilled holes into conkers to create their own autumnal threading activity! They listened intently to the adults and followed the instructions to use the drill and pliers safely, and drilled holes into the conkers with support from their teachers. They were very confident and were amazed by how the drill changed speed with pressure on the trigger and created a hole. After they created the holes in the conkers they were eager to try the threading activity, and were very proud when they managed to thread the laces through the holes created. The Ponies will use these conkers for a range of activities and will be remember how they created them- well done Ponies!
