The ponies room have been getting creative this week and created their own masterpieces with some famous artists as reference. The children used different mediums to create their images on a canvas in the style of Van Gogh and Da’Vinci such as crayons, pencil and watercolor paint, during the activity the children used language to describe the textures such as sticky, smooth and runny. We also discussed some of the famous pictures as looking “messy” and “tidy”. After they finished they added their masterpieces to our ponies gallery.
