Celebrating World Animal Day with mask-making activities. Today, the children made animal masks with the theme of horses. I distributed iPads to the children and instructed them to browse through various animal images to choose their favourite. Once they had made their selection, we proceeded with creating the masks. We identified the necessary paint colours and utilised a variety of paper and card to construct our masks. Using glue, we attached the eyes, nose, and ears to the masks. Some children managed to cut the paper pieces independently, while others required assistance. Upon completion, we lined up in two rows and took a lovely group photo showcasing our finished masks.
