World Soil Day - Super Worm
The Butterflies celebrated World Soil Day by exploring the story Super Worm. The children read the story and took part in a tuff tray activity to support the story. The children used tweezers and their hands to select the worms from the soil. As they did this the children commented on parts of the story, re-telling more familiar parts. The children used the worms to take part in small world play and act out parts of the story.
