Transport Tubes
The butterflies really enjoyed doing some junk modelling to make their own cars. They all got to choose a size toilet roll holder to be their car, then they added how ever many bottle lids they wanted to be their wheels, and finally they painted their cars. The children had lots of fun using their imagination and rolling the cars. The children were able to identify shapes and use mathematical language during the activity.
