That's not my Giraffe
The Ladybirds have been reading the familiar story That's not my Giraffe. The children listened as the story was read to them and explored the texture on each page such as soft and spikey. To extend on this the children explored the story in a sensory way by using playdough to re-create the textures such as rolling a pine cone on the playdough to make it bumpy! The children excitedly listened and transported the giraffe through their textures.
