Spring Sensory Bags
The Ladybirds have been making sensory bags for spring. They helped Jess to add a variety of ingredients to the bag such as pouring water, oil and paint into the bag and then adding a variety of textures such as rice, buttons and glitter. Once the bags had been closed the children explored the texture of the sensory bags by pressing their hands and fingers into the bag. Tracing lines and circles into the texture and feeling the range of textures using descriptive words such as bumpy.
