Sowing Fabrics
The Butterflies explored sowing fabrics.
They used fine motor skills to manipulate the needle and thread.
Using high levels of concentration and hand-eye co-ordination to sow the thread into the fabric.
The children were very careful to use the needle slowly to minimise the risk.
The Butterflies kept on trying when difficulties occurred.
The needle was thread through in and out and the thread pulled to create a pattern.
