Pumpkin Slime
The Grasshoppers made some pumpkin slime. The children followed step by step instructions, supporting Chelsea to add ingredients to the pumpkin to make the pumpkin slime. The children followed full sentence instructions and each took turns to add part of the ingredients. The ingredients were mixed together and the children talked about the change in the texture of the ingredients as it was mixed together. When the slime was formed the children excitedly pulled and kneaded the slime to explore the texture and consistency. They used scissors to cut the slime and were very excited to stretch it as far as possible!
