The grasshoppers had a fantastic time getting messy and engaged with their potion-making tray. The activity kicked off with a baking soda and vinegar experiment, which captured everyone’s attention as they mixed the ingredients and demonstrated the fascinating chemical reaction. The Grasshoppers then had lots of fun exploring its contents with an array of tools including spoons, chopsticks, ladles, choppers, and bowls. They relished the opportunity to learn about how the different elements interacted, transforming solids into liquids and creating a delightful sludge.
