Porridge Sensory Play
The children enjoyed the porridge sensory tray. The children used different sized containers and scoops to move porridge from one container to another exploring space and measure. The children filled containers up to the top as they explored capacity and excitedly tipped it out into the tray as practitioners introduced basic mathematical language such as full and empty.
