Pasta Butterfly Life Cycles
The Grasshoppers have enjoyed learning about our caterpillars and the next stage of their cycle to become butterflies. We read a butterfly life cycle book then used different pasta shapes and chickpeas to represent the different life stages. The children then used glue sticks to stick the different pieces on their leaves to make their own cycle, or correctly recreate the one from the book.
