This week we were very excites to have a visit from some local paramedics who came along with their ambulance. It was part of our people who help us theme and the paramedics were able to talk to the children about their tole in the local community an dhow they help those in need. They talked about emergency protocols and how you call for an ambulance and what you might need to say like giving your name and address.
The children were able to explore the ambulance, looking at the different types of equipment and testing out the beds and chairs. Children were bale to put on paramedics uniform which was lots of fun. Some children even sat in the drivers seat and pretended to drive the ambulance. Everyone listened to the very load siren!
