Making Marshmallows
The Grasshoppers made vegan marshmallows to toast for Bonfire night. The children supported Chelsea to mix together various ingredients to make the marshmallows. The children use measuring cups to explore weight and capacity as they filled and emptied the cups into the bowl and followed instructions on how many cups to add. The children used technology to whisk the ingredients together watching as the ingredients changed in texture.
