Making Bread
The Grasshoppers have been making bread to have for tea. The children followed instructions from the team as they added various ingredients to the bread maker. The children were able to count out scoops of flour and water as they were added counting in one to one correspondence with their movements. The children pressed the buttons on the bread maker to operate the machine learning that technology can be used for a purpose and support them with life skills. The children watched and waited patiently as the bread rose in the bread maker until it was ready to eat with their soup for tea as part of our National Soup Month celebrations.
