The grasshoppers engaged in a fun activity to learn about the festival of Lohri, which signifies the end of winter and the end of the darker days. They participated in creative ice play, using vibrant warm colours like yellow, red, and purple to symbolise a bonfire, celebrating the arrival of longer days as summer approaches. Throughout this activity, the children enjoyed sharing their winter experiences, discussing how the ice has felt chilly during their morning journeys to nursery. Well done Grasshoppers.
