Life Cycle of a Frog
The grasshoppers were learning about the frog life cycle with a frog information book and a short frog video. in the water tray, we had Chia seeds to represent frogspawn and small world frogs on lily pads. The children eat different textures, learn new words like frogspawn and tadpole. Through the story, and the video of the children learn the frogspawn hatches into tadpoles, which will eventually grow into froglets, and then turn into full frogs.
