Making Mini Cheesecakes
Homemade Cheesecakes
The children in Butterflies had lots of fun making their own mini cheesecakes! The children took turns pouring, mixing and weighing their ingredients. The Butterflies used a variety of tools such as whisks and safety knives! The children then took turns using a rolling pin to crush up the biscuits for their buttery biscuit base. The Butterflies carefully scooped their crushed biscuit into their pots, before adding the creamy cheese mix on top. Finally, the children took turns to use the safety knives to carefully cut the strawberries for the topping. Well done Butterflies!
