Fruit Smash
The Ladybirds have been exploring some simple risky play. The children manipulated child sized hammers to smash the fruit. the sensory risky play allowed children to practise using a heavier object for a purpose, exploring open endedley to smash the fruit and produce fruit juices into the tray. The children used their hands to explore the fruit texture and juices, using the juices to fill containers.
