Forest Obstacle Course
The Butterflies went on a trip to the local forest to take part in an obstacle course. The children explored the physical equipment, using large scale gross motor skills to run, step, jump and hop. The children gained more confidence in their movements as they explored the obstacle course multiple times. Children practised making movements faster and slower, making comparisons between the last time they explored the equipment.
