Duck Pond Trips
The Ladybirds have been exploring the ducks as part of our duck hatching and life cycle experiment. The children had the opportunity to watch the dicks and watch them as they grew and started to learn to swim. Due to this the children went on a trip to the local duck pond to see some larger ducks in their natural habitat in the pond. The children were able to watch the ducks and observe them and make comparisons to the smaller ducks at nursery.
