Digital Self Portraits
The Grasshoppers have been exploring self portraits as part of our All About Me & My Family theme this month. They decided to take part in some digital self portraits. The children looked at their image on the iPad pointing out their eyes, ears, nose and hair and looking at similarities and differences that distinguish those from their peers such as eye and hair colour. The children used the paint app to create their faces on the iPad. Looking at how they could digitally bring their designs to life. Children drew inspiration from their photos and drew faces self selecting colours for eyes and hair.
