The Ladybirds decorated their own candles to send home to light for Hanukkah.
The children worked hard to use a variety of creative materials to decorate the candles.
Children used glue spreaders to dip into pots of glue.
Glue was spread and drizzled on the candles.
They were then able to shake on biodegradable glitter to stick to the glue.
The children practised shaking the tubs as well as sprinkling the glitter on.
Paint was also used and the children rolled the candles through trays.
Paint printed onto the candles and the children could see the marks the action made.
Once the candles were decorated the children marvelled at their creations.
