Butterfly Sponge Printing
At the start they got to look at different butterflies on the iPad to see the different patterns. Then the ladybirds got to create there own butterflies using sponges and paint and seeing that the sponge created the same shape and size on both sides of the butterfly. They also got to see what different colours mixed together made. The ladybirds had the choice of one colour or mixing a creating another colour.
