The Grasshoppers have been thoroughly enjoying the autumn season lately. Recently, they had a wonderful time delving into various autumn-themed activities, including playing with playdough. During this activity, they had the opportunity to investigate the textures, scents, and shapes associated with the season. They had a blast experimenting with different seasonal items, using them to enhance their playdough creations. This activity aimed to help and encourage the development of their fine motor skills, as they engaged in different pinching and grasping movements to handle the natural items and mould them into their playdough sculptures. In this activity, they used conkers, autumn leaves, various autumn grains, and cinnamon sticks.
