Autumn Floor Painting
The ladybirds explored a painting activity. The painting activity was brought down to floor level to allow the children to explore on a large scale and make larger marks using their whole bodies. The children grasped the paint brushes in palmer and tripod grasps and made marks from side to side using their gross motor skills to cover the paper with paint. The various colors mixed together and the children observed the effects.
