Abstract Canvas Painting
The Butterflies went to the forest to take part in some abstract painting on a large canvas. The children took in their natural surroundings and used natural coloured paints to create their own interpretations on the canvas. The large scale of the canvas allowed children to use large gross motor skills to make large marks. Adding lines and circles and mixing colours together tp create effects.
