Window Decorations
In baby room we made some lovely window decorations just in time for the spring sunshine. The babies were encouraged to use their motor skills to spread the glue using the spreaders and their pincer grip teamed with their hand eye coordination to stick the small pieces of tissue paper to their frames. We introduced counting, numbers and colour names providing a great link to mathematics. This created a lovely stained glass window effect and some lovely pieces of artwork for the babies to be proud of.
