This week the children enjoyed their return to nursery and engaged in a variety of activities to link to their new curriculum topic transport.

The toddler room thoroughly enjoyed exploring the vehicles and cascades observing the cascades and trains run down the runners and using vocabulary the children name the different transport models such as “Car” “Train” excitedly.

The children extend their interest in the different models into mark making experiences and enjoyed using the brio vehicles with pens to create tracks and marks along the road. The children loved this large scale physical literacy optometry and demonstrated high levels if curiosity and engagement.
