The Three Little Pigs

This week in toddler room we continues our fantasy and fiction topic by focusing on The Three Little Pigs story. TO do this we enjoyed listening to the story and following the sequence using the touch and tilt table. This helped us extend our literacy skills and see that there are other ways we can gather and view information. We then explored a tuft tray based on this theme, we built our own houses and explores the different materials and textures within the tray extending our fine motor skills and creative thinking. We used our imaginations to create our own versions of the story like making sounds for the pigs and blowing their houses down like the wolf. We then used different materials to create our own houses creating some beautiful collages for our display board. Well done toddlers what great creative thinking you all had this week.
