This week the babies have been looking at summer. Recently they have been looking at all the bright colours that we might associate with summertime. They have been busy making our display boards look nice and summery. We spoke about all the different colours that we could see as they chose which paint to mark make with. The babies have also really enjoyed going out into the big garden and spending a lot of time either cruising or sunbathing with a beaker full of cold refreshing water to drink. They have also enjoyed splashing around in the paddling pool to keep themselves nice and cool, the babies have also been looking at all the beautiful flowers and gazing at the clear blue sky. The babies then created wonderful masterpieces using their fingers and the bright coloured paints, they had great fun and enjoyed getting very messy with the paint.
