This week the Ducklings and Goslings room enjoyed a Spring flower potion activity to explore through their senses with awe and wonder. The babies enjoyed using their fine motor skills to pick up the flower buds and petals and squeeze them using their whole hand. The children explored splashing and feeling the water and laughed and expressed feeling of excitement when the water splashed. The children enjoyed listening to their familiar adults with comments of “Splash, Splash, Splash.” “Tap, tap, tap” “water and “Flower.”
