This week in preschool we learnt about the new Islamic month Muharram. The children researched on the touch and tilt what Muharram is and how this is celebrated around the world in Islamic countries. The children got to learn the different Arabic months and engaged in learning about these months. The children then got the opportunity to write some Arabic numbers and they learnt how to pronounce them. The preschoolers enjoyed learning about the Islamic months.
