Live Bright Yoga with Vee

The nurseries extracurricular activity on a Friday is Live bright Yoga with Vee. The children of all ages enjoy learning a pose of the week, which links to a theme, festivals from around the world and Seasons. The children explore and learn new ways to move. All sessions end with relaxation time with soothing sounds and lights. Babies enjoy baby yoga with their familiar adults.
