Jammin’ in our jammies!

Jammin’ in our jammies!

This week preschool had their very own pyjama party! We started the party with a classic den making activity. The children took it in turns to use the staple gun to staple material to create a den in the book corner. Before the started we talked about the risks of using the staple gun. We added fairy lights and had a story reading session. We read a book that one of the children had brought in to share with their friends! The children said it was very cosy and loved playing and reading in it throughout the day. The next pyjama party activity the children took part in was making their own little popcorn buckets! They each used their creativity and fine motor skills to draw different designs and patterns on cups. The children all created really unique designs and loved creating them together. The children then enjoyed a short movie whilst enjoying some popcorn and raisins as a little treat! They all voted on what they wanted to watch. To finish the party we had a little dance party! The children all danced to their favourite songs. Preschool worked very well together to create the den and really enjoyed doing everything together!
