Its’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas

 

This week the Christmas Elves visited Independent Place Nursery and transformed the spaces for the festive month.

 

The children have thoroughly enjoyed the start to their festive period with their writing letter to Santa activities using their fine motor skills and imagination discussing their favourite things and counting down the days until Santa’s visit.

The children have been using their creative skills to make their personal Christmas decorations using up cycled materials and open ended resources.

The children helped decorated the Christmas trees and added their Christmas magical sparkle for the Elves and Santa.

We ended the week with opening our Christmas Post office for the children’s Christmas cards with envelopes, stamps and mark making tools.
