In baby room we have continued to look at different ways to make marks. This week we used tin foil as an alternative for paper and the children were all give paint brushes and artic animals to create a shiny winter snow scene. Some of the babies preferred to explore the texture of the paint by using their hands as they rubbed all the paint into the foil. The babies loved the new experience of using tin foil to paint on. They enjoyed banging on the foil using their hands , animals and paint brushes to make different marks. The babies also enjoyed ripping off the tin foil off the table once they were finished with the activity and had a listen to the new and unfamiliar sounds.
