Fun with boxes
Lions had lots of fun with some card board boxes, they were able to climb in and out of them, jump up and shouting boo to their peers and throwing the sensory balls into the boxes.
A large empty box is a great starting point for creative and imaginative play. The children can decide how to change the box into something they can use for pretend play, like a castle, shop, cave and so on. Then they can use their imagination and problem-solving skills to turn ideas into reality.
