Tigers celebrate the end of Ramadan which is know as Eid al-Fitr. They learnt the at the of Ramadan the families get together and share a meal together. Tigers had pots and pans with shaving foam, baked beans and cornflakes and pretend where they could pretend they were preparing a meals lot of mixing and stirring the contents together. They also made cards using the symbols of the sun and moon.
The EYFS values the role that festivals and celebrations through play support the children's learning and development in every area of learning. It play a significant role to the lives of the children and as part of their developing life in the family, community and the wider society it nurtures their sense of identity, beliefs and values.
